Have you ever been worried about the consequences of eating raw cookie dough? Have no fear I have you covered with this EGG-less cookie dough recipe (+brownies). Let’s get started!
-1 box of brownie mix (I used Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix or your favorite brownie mix!)
-2 tbsp water
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-3/4 cup of room temperature unsalted butter
-3/4 cup light brown sugar
-1/2 cup granulated white sugar
-3 tbsp of milk
-1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
-1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
-Preheat oven to 325ºF
-Prepare baking pan (I used 11 x 8 glass pan) by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray
-Mix in 2 tbsp of water, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil.
-Stir until well blended.
-Pour mixture into prepared pan
-Put the pan in the oven for about 40-45 minutes
-Now take a breather because here comes the cookie dough part!
-While you are waiting for your delicious brownies to bake, beat 3/4 cup unsalted butter, 3/4 cup light brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated white sugar until fluffy with a hand mixer or a stand mixer
-Pour 3 tbsp milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract in and mix until completely mixed
-Pour 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour into mix until well combined
-Pour desired amount of chocolate chips in and fold
-When brownies are completely cooled, spread evenly and cut into desired sized squares!
Caution, these are heavenly. Consume wisely! (Stairway to heaven in the picture below basically.)
