How to Eat Like a Super Model and Football Player

We all go through those days where we wish we can get ourselves to the gym but then pizza happens. Here is an easy guide to help you maintain a healthy weight without working out to get your body like Gisele Bündchen’s and Tom Brady’s.

Not too long ago, the personal chef of the married couple revealed their eating diet and let me just tell you, that their diet is a hard one to follow.

  1. Avoid:
    1. White Suga
    2. White Flower
    3. MSG
    4. Olive Oil
    5. Canola Oil
    6. Iodized Salt
    7. Tomatoes
    8. Peppers
    9. Mushrooms
    10. Eggplants
    11. Coffee
    12. Any source of Caffeine
    13. Fungus
    14. Dairy
  2. After a couple of months eating like Super Model Gisele Bündchen and Football Player Tom Brady, results should be something like this:

    JUST KIDDING. You should eat what ever you want and embrace your body the way it is because why restrict yourself when there foods such as pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream and more exist?!
