Keeping up with the Kardashians: Engagement Edition

No surprise at least one of my posts had to be about the Kardashians…Rob Kardashian proposed to Blac Chyna on Monday, April 4. Just after three months of dating, and many rumors that the controversial couple had broken up, Rob Kardashian put a ring on Blac Chyna’s finger.

What an adorable couple…but can we take a step back here and realize that now, Blac Chyna and Tyga’s son, King Cairo Stevenson, could essentially become Tyga’s nephew if the rapper were to marry Kylie Jenner in the future.

Tyga and Blac Chyna were originally engaged and had one son together, but both called off the engagement when Kylie caught Tyga’s eye. Although this hurt Blac Chyna, especially since she had lost her man to an underaged girl at the time, Blac Chyna moved on with life and finally found her future husband who just so happens to be the half-brother of Kylie Jenner. E! News said that this sparked fans to question if the engagement was real or not, especially considering Kylie’s current boyfriend

Talk about family drama, or so the general public thought. Tyga’s reaction to the engagement pure happiness when he tweeted, “Everybody deserves 2 be happy. What some1 does for their happiness is not my concern, as long as it’s not interfering wit my happiness,” he continued, “It makes me happy to see the mother of my son happy. My only concern in this situation is my son. I want him in happy environments. He’s innocent in this & I want him to feel as much love as possible.”

At least there is happiness floating in their air.

I don’t think anyone could have seen Blac Chyna and Rob’s relationship coming in the first place, let alone an engagement. It truly is hard to “keep” up with the Kardashians.
